Aside from being asthetically elegant, the black model is not susceptible to such concerns, added with better build quality too. But in a more serious note...

Wah lao... lots of ppl looking at my sexy black One... some also ask what kind of phone like metal nia... the sound is also damn loud man...scared ppl can hear my phone conversation. The curved black metal so sexy when I place on the table... passerby also say very cool... lens also damn big...like One big eye staring at you...

Black models are NOT better built. It's just a myth. Black models are created later than the white ones, so most of their build issues have been fixed. 99% of all white units made at end of April until now have almost all been perfect

Black does run the risk of more visible scuff marks, and from what I read, chipping paint at the corners from casings ):

Buy with caution from dealmate, groupon such stuffs with big discount. Most probably you get fake stuffs. Have kena before buying so cheap from them. The powerbank 20000mah is even worse than yoobao original 11200 n broke down in 6 months. Charging time abnormslly long n usage burn up after 3-4 charges. Save rm80+ but not worth it
