S-On + Relocked bootloader be prepared for rejected warranty claim sweat.gif
Depend on luck one doh.gif
Qualcomn phone going to have S-Off one, depend on timeframe only brows.gif

If we unlock the bootloader with s on,
Then s off is available, will we be able to relock without any trace of bootloader being tampered?

To my knowledge unlocking via HTCdev will expose our phones

So its confirmed that 801s is LTE version and 801e is not? or both are compatible with LTE?
*
801s is indeed the LTE version. So far no one has 801e.
The mix up i think is caused by SIS selection of phone model
in their drop down menu during warranty registration ( 801e not 801s )

For sure I think once you check your IMEI with them it shows 801e. But when
you look at the back of the phone or the box shows 801s.

Here's something to confuse everyone even more.

When you register online with SIS, the system will ask you to choose your phone from a list.
On that list, the One is listed as "801e" (you get to pick your colour). Having registered more than a week ago, I can't quite remember, but I'm pretty sure there was no listing for "801s".

It's generally understood by those who have been following the news on the phone long enough that the 801s is the correct model for use on the LTE spectrums/spectra here and in Singapore (2600/1800 MHz). And I'm certain that the vast majority of us who have purchased the phone here and in Sg have the 801s.

Maybe it's just listed wrongly (or for some other reason) in the SIS system as "801e" and whenever someone checks, that's what they see.

If you already have the phone, or are looking at a new box in a shop, you can refer to:
1. the top left hand corner of the sticker on the side of the box cover
2. the end of the second last line of text at the bottom of the back of your phone

if you see "801s", and you already own the phone, congratulations.
if you don't already own one, just go ahead buy the damn thing!

From what we understand before, 801e is non-LTE strictly for
Taiwan market. But since you got yours from Thailand now we don't know which is which.
So the only way to test is using 4G in LTE-enabled area. h11g

or just swipe (with other retailers)

Took with DiGi but sign the lowest data as I have another tablet with data too smile.gif...

If you're DiGi customer more than 12 months, you can waive the advanced fee if you take the RM148/month package.
Other package (RM58 or RM88)/ month, you still have to pay the advanced fee. However the contract is for two years and advanced fees will be refund in 24 months. No longer like before, immediately deduct everything from the first few months bill.

No need to see your One bootloader status. There is bootloader unlock status in HTC database if you unlocked.

For those looking for the One around Cheras and can't find stocks, head to Senheng branches at Pandan Jaya.
There's a few there.

If one look closely , there are 2 versions of the 801s; one for Asia PN0710000 and Aussie PN0714000. Are on on the same LTE freq spectrum? No issues if we are ...can anyone verify please?
