Looks good but I prefer Nexus wireless charger over this.

I am having this issue whereby my nexus 7 will shut down once the battery hit 20%. Anyone facing similar issue?

I'm have use comgateway, hopshopgo and vpost before. All is same. but i prefer to use hopshopgo as it is using paypal. For others, use credit card

I ordered rechargeable battery from ebay. Also arrived. Of coz is direct (not using vpost, comgateway, etc)

hi, i plan to get the new nex7 with 3g function....but before that i want to confirm one thing... as the nex7 does not comes with call function for old . new model.... any custom rom manage to convert it to phone? or the call function is hard ware dependent ? i just think if can flash with phone function that it will be an bonus feature although i don think i will use tablet as phone anymore.

dun think the first gen can be modded to make calls. Since you are not going to use it as phone, why bother by this anyway. Just get a Samsung Note 8.0 if deep inside your heart, you think you will need to make some phone calls with it someday somehow.

haha.. just teasing you. Your mindset is typical potential buyers' mindset - try looking for issues, problem, or some nitpick features, etc., like some bros mentioned in the earlier pages of this thread.

Once you bought it, then only you realise why you do not buy it earlier.

Btw, i actually din notice there is any improvement on the screen reso compared to first gen, placing the 2 side by side. But after using it for about 2 weeks, i pick up my first gen Nexus 7 again yesterday night then only i realised the first gen screen is kinda grainy - can notice the lower res screen effect now.

Try setting the brightness to the highest and the lowest for both the nexus and see the difference

Why do you need to a phone function when you think you're not going to use the tablet as a phone. I think this question can be answered by searching on the net. Maybe the galaxy tab would be a better option for you. It has a larger screen too.

I noticed the higher ppi right away after the first boot from unboxing even though I already do not have the first gen N7 anymore.
