I ask my area Sony center, he told me is LTE.

But no demo set to play also and brochure do show no LTE.

Anyway got or not, not important already as my friend not intend to get it anymore as he cannot accept front camera only VGA. Ops!

Damn, none of those places I visit on a regular basis. Anyway, I am on DiGi unlimited data plan contract for 2 years (another 15 months to go), so all this is irrelevant to me. Yes, everyone says DiGi is crap in West Malaysia, but surprisingly, their coverage and speed is pretty decent here in Sabah. In some instances, they actually did better than the big two's. thumbup.gif

And I don't download tonnes of stuff with my phone that requires high speed. In the office, I have a 4mbps streamyx line which has proven to be quite stable, so no fret. So to me, LTE or no LTE is not a factor. Even if both versions are available, but at different price point, I will still take the non LTE version if it was significantly cheaper. But everyone's requirements are different, obviously. To some, their handphone is their only main internet access portal, so I guess to this group of users, having LTE phone (with LTE coverage) is a preferred choice.

aha looks like the campaign of transforming the whole family to use Xperia phones was successful!

my dad was constantly feeling intimidated with his colleague at work due to phone not that canggih...my mistake last time i've bought an el cheapo samsung phone in emergency since his phone was broken. now i'm happily getting him this ZR, since he's not too keen on large phones. screen size ok, back camera ok, water resistant is a must!

Ok just returned home with ZR in hand.
first play around it's very light comfortable in hand, width just nice.
viewing angle left much to be desired..i cant help myself comparing it to my tablet Z or even my old Ray...
sound is clear & quite loud for a waterproof phone...better than tablet Z
very responsive & snappy...no lag in homepage, open & closing program
photo took with back camera is satisfactory.

free SP & back case as per Raya offer.

with those high specs hardware in 720p of course snappy and no lag.. sure is good phone.. the only disadvantage is the vga front camera and 8gb internal which 4gb available for user accessible, 2gb for apps and 2gb for ROM..

but still ok la if not request much, GTA 4 1.3gb, Papago 800mb, plus other apps total up 1gb.. almost done for the internal memory ady..

previously planned to buy this ZR due to water resistant.. but after that move to ZL for larger internal memory and better front camera.. not choosing Z due to too big for my small palm.. ZR and ZL fulfill my size..

yes i dont mind getting the ZL too but my dad dislike the width of ZL...hahaha. he still chooses ZR coz it's narrower & more like normal phone tongue.gif my dad still thinks that any phone in the size of Note 2 is ridiculous which his colleague have one. he's a very manly guy but liked small phone. dont worry, he's not into gaming...his main concern is internet surfing & of course youtube biggrin.gif

of course he would! later he 'accidentally' dropped his phone in sink full of water, picked it up, wipe it in front of his friends and said "kau ada?" haha so much win thumbup.gif

those typical girls maa, suka tunjuk2 & take photo then shove it into their friends face... wth! and if boring2 during gathering put up their phones high until covering all their head, checking facebook. i think it's rude.

Did you mirror via DLNA or a proprietary Sony phone to Sony TV protocol?

This is a midrange and perhaps fringe product, you may have to wait.

I thought you said "I direct borrow their shop TV and played it."

What did you mean by that sentence? I thought you mirrored your phone on the TV and started playing the game after pairing to your pS3 controller.

OK.

AFAIK, only Miracast and its related tecnologies can perform screen mirroring. Samsung has its Allshare. I believe Sony has something like this but have not explored it. Even Huawei has its Airshare.

Or fruity's Airplay.
