I had wanted to report leonjunyin's action of chain mail spamming of otherwise such an informative thread, but apparently, someone had taken the honour before me.
Kudos to TS. Thanks for taking the trouble to highlight our rights as consumers. In the fast-paced life we are living, we tend to let unscrupulous and unethical sellers to slip off their wrongdoings especially if the amount that's involved is not a large one. Some of these sellers even resort to giving out threats to us, consumers. Ridiculous and totally unacceptable! Rise up and let's not succumb to threats from sellers. Having said that, it's important for us to know our consumer rights and know the necessary steps to be taken should we become victims one day. Knowledge is power!
