The case is this fellow buy teclast X4 with pen with us,  he tell us the pen not sensitive, we tell him to direct come our office to exchange, since we have 1 customer facing the same issue and exchanged then no issue, since it is not far, 20 min can reach but this fellow never come to us, and complain,  he mention asked official teclast,teclast X4 don't have compatible pen,  but I am sure the one he asked is fake official teclast, as teclast X4 128gb version is using t10s pen, 256gb version after first batch is using teclast T6 pen..  As you all can see, aliexpress, gearbest, bang good also selling pen for teclast X4, and you guys can checked many others of our customers bought with us with pen, all give us good rating and review.. You guys can personally go to check..
