Item being sold/bought: Seiko SNZG13

Original thread link: Dealt through Lelong and email. Not in LYN. However seller is selling the same stuff here, so I would like to warn future buyers.

Details of the complaint :

12/4/13: Decided to buy a watch (Seiko SNZG13) from DAViS's lelong site. His price aint the cheapest around, but I thought he has immediate stock so I chose to buy from him. In the email I even asked him if he has ready stock. Yet he only replied with the link to his lelong thread on 13/4/13, therefore I assumed he has the stock in hand.

13/4/13: Placed my order on Lelong

14/4/13: Paid for the thing once bank details are given, then he was silent for a few days.

17/4/13: Reminded him that I have made payment, and requested for shipping details. He revealed that he doesnt have immediate stock, waiting for stock to arrive. Said will send out item tomorrow.

19/4/13: Inquired about shipping details again since I didnt get any updates.

20/4/13: Again inquired about shipping details since no response.

22/4/13: Another inquiry made, then only he replied. He mentioned that the stock arrived on 20/4/13, but they come in nylon straps instead of the default metal bracelet. Since I was planning to change the straps anyway, I told him that if it is really confirmed to be SNZG13, then I dont mind the nylon strap. Requested for pictures of the watch to confirm the correct model, and also give the option that if picture is not available, then at least tell me the finish of the bezel (SNZG13 has brushed metal finish, SNZG15 has sandblasted finish).

24/4/13: He sent out the item without replying to my enquiry. I replied that the SNZG13 and SNZG15 has different finishing on the bezel, and asked him to reconfirm which model he sent out. He replied that he sent out the SNZG15, and he refunded the price difference. Told him that I never wanted the SNZG15 in the first place, since the beginning I have been very clear that I want the SNZG15. Then he told me to reject the parcel so that postman will deliver back to him, and will make further arrangements later on.

25/4/13: Company already took parcel for me, since I didnt receive any call from mailman I was unable to reject the parcel. Requested for his address so I can send the item back to him.

26/4/13: No response, again I asked for his address.

27/4/13: Still no response, asked on how to proceed again.

28/4/13: Getting fed-up. Since it's taking this long to make a deal, then I dont want to wait for the SNZG15 anymore. God knows when will the thing arrive and if he's gonna send the right item. Asked for refund instead.

29/4/13: Still no reply, asked him to reply to me. Since it's so hard to make arrangement just to send the item back, I asked for refund first. Then he replied with his shipping address, a self-collect account at Poslaju office.

2/5/13: Sent the item to him. Emailed him the trace number. No response.

5/5/13: Inquired whether he has received the item or not. At this stage I was still willing to accept a replacement if got ready stock.

6/5/13: Insisted for refund. Suspected that he is waiting for the SNZG13 stock to arrive so that he doesnt have to refund me. But that was just my suspicion, I dont have proof.

8/5/13: This time sent him a facebook message instead, since noticed he still has time to update his facebook posts.

11/5/13: He finally picked up the parcel, and started to blame me for opening the package. And also claimed there are black spots on the surface of the watch that could not be removed. I insisted the spots werent there when I got the item. It doesnt even make sense. So I bengang and I started typing out long-winded story defending myself. Said he will reply at night since he is busy.

13/5/13: No response, so I kept bugging him. Said will open dispute thread if still no response. Then later check email, noted a transaction made into my bank account. So he finally refunded my money. Case FINALLY solved.
