I tot ttdi alam impian is 99 leasehold??? Only Alam Impian I&P is Freehold. Correct me if I'm wrong...

all freehold in AI, TTDI bought the land from I&P, the only different is:
TTDI's Fenced and guarded
INP's is non F&G

Is TTDI AI + IP AI township larger or smaller than Elmina?
One of Elmina's advantages is closer to a MRT line. Even two future lines will not cover AI area or surrounding.

Elmnia is closer to MRT? u mean driving to RRI MRT?
AI is also nearer.few minndrive to KTMB Shah Alam & KTM Subangjaya+ lrt

Don't get me wrong. I like TTDI AI design. Still might change my mind cancelling my purchase at Elmina. But to compare MRT with KTM komuter n LRT, I would take MRT anytime.

Plus, to get to the nearest MRT station from Elmina, you don't have to pay toll. Take GCE n then DASH. According to DASH website, the toll plazas are situated before n after that route.

Yes would love to know how the alignment issue in this area is solved. I was at a friend's condo in Armanee Terrace in Damansara Perdana. She showed me how the highway will run across the area which will be visible from her unit.

There was a news out there mentioning there will be a blue line MRT/LRT connecting from kelana Jaya to Klang passing by Alam Impian.
Well Alam Impian investors/ resident did not consider MRT as a selling point when buying into AI. Most of the landed here are closed to a million to few millions, so less likely these residents will rely on public transport for their daily routines.

Lrt, ktm, mrt...whateva...all is not important until the authority solve the haze situation resulted from d johan setia+ banting open burning which have affected d livelihood of residents in kota kemuning, kemuning utama, bukit rimau, alam impian, bandar botanic, bandar puteri klang for the past 6 years!

That was old news, sir. I am in MRT project. SPAD had done the so called Feasibility Study and they decided the proposed MRT line from Ampang to Port Klang (goes through Sunway, Stadium Shah Alam - in short, the areas not covered by KTM Komuter) will not be needed. That MRT line will be replaced by an LRT spur line from Kelana Jaya to Port Klang.

Until recent time, no MRT for KL to Port Klang. And can you believe it... the third line will be, AGAIN from Sungai Buloh but this time to Putrajaya instead of Kajang.
Second line will be a circle one enveloping KL city.

By the way, it was my personal preference buying a property closed to an MRT station, not the whole investors' or other residents' opinion. I am a public transport user. Hate driving in this greater KV area to and fro work.

GnG is the way to go for landed property investment/ own stay.

Not only the areas that u mentioned are affected by the haze, It affects all states from Johor up to Penang.
The whole Klang Valley is badly affected.

U r missing the point here, mate. I'm not talking bout d current haze from sumatera which is badly affecting klang valley from june-aug. I'm talkin bout d illegal burnin which is just 5-8km away from kemuning. U see, I'm also currently staying in kemuning and I have endure d burning almost all year round due to the illegal burning in johan setia and banting. Almost every nite durin d dry spell, dos illegal farmers wil start their activity from 8pm onwards. Ppl who r staying around kemuning wil understand what I'm talking about.

The farmers here are not illegal, just that they took the easy way out of clearing the land thru burning due to cost. But as rightly mentioned and experienced by you, this is so true!. Used to stay in Bdr Puteri Klang, its REALLY BAD, the open burning and especially during dry spell season.

That is the reason why I'm looking forward to elmina...hopefully no illegal burning in that area.
