The odd unit is not odd really. Ive seen Semi-Ds like that in Denai Alam (to fight off matahari petang).

I guess they will start Elmina East. The PR1MA should be in East or West?

Also, I could see a small lake in Elmina East. They will retain this? Elmina West is quite hilly (elevated land).

The launch should be within the week for 20x89 from 600k. Upcoming launch got 24x79 and 30x69.
Both should be from 700+ and 800+ onwards.

Setting skyhigh price Alam Impian Pentas 4 can see not much ppl interested. I foresee ppl only interested on phase1 for Elmina coming up phases.. hahaha.... biggrin.gif

Insider news? Called their hotline and their agents doesnt seems to have a clue about the launching or anything related to Elmina.. Any idea on the launching date of 24 x 79? n is it going to be a gated community?

Bro jeghui, do u tink it's better buy compared to laman glenmarie 2, upcoming phase 2B wic should b going at 900K mark?

Any idea of the built up size for 20x89 and 24x79?

20x89 seems too narrow n too long, hence layout has issue of relocate the furniture as well as side by side parking. Nevertheless, RM 600k is quite good price for a size of 20x89. Its cheaper than Saffron Hills.

i fail to understand the logic of:
1. 20x89 or 20x88 sizes. unless the designer can prove me wrong, i shall await my comments until i sight the plans
2. G&G provisions. with clear demand of G&G products and Sime given the options to begin a new township with a clean slate, i also would puzzle if G&G is not provided for each and every parcel. Furthermore, if Prima is gonna happen here, all the more G&G should be provided.

any ideas on commencement and original 1st launch prices of :
1. bukit jelutong
2. denai alam

from what i recall, bukit jelutong started with quite high prices. around mid 300k? and quite some time ago. maybe 8-10 years back?
in terms of investment, while it didn't fare too badly, neither was it spectacular.

i think denai alam could have fared worse.

but i must admit i am not familiar with these few developments and its pricing. so would appreciate sharing by more experienced people.

Laman Glenmarie 900k for 24x80 slightly better option... because of location and accessibility. Also GnG.

As for Elmina, SD sounded like they are going to make this place a great city.

Worth investing, saffron was sold more expensive.

Awaiting for more details from insider. Elmina is bigger than Kwasa Damansara.

If you talk about landed these days, dont expect new launches to be cheap.
