Yes just beside Denai Alam towards north before the second toll of Guthery. The land size is 20 x 89 not sure the build up yet, but no DIBS for this project. I asked the SA Sime Darby, he said only 100 units for phase1 and the minimum price is 600K. For my own opinion this area will boom, and it will be like Kota Kemuning 2. Look at google map can see the gutherie hwy for Elmina got two exist. One is left and another is right, can imagine both area fully develop and mature this place going to boom. This will including the sub sub projects around this area. icon_rolleyes.gif

Setting skyhigh price Alam Impian Pentas 4 can see not much ppl interested. I foresee ppl only interested on phase1 for Elmina coming up phases.. hahaha.... biggrin.gif
