It is for own stay.. Elmina is closer to the highway right? Plus the sales person told me actually east elmina is more prosperous cause more shops and facilities such as school.. And the one launching in Jan is not east..

That is what the sales agent told me.. ideally, if they move the chinese school that is below Denai Alam (at Kampung Baru Subang) then it is the best!! It can even spike up the price of denai alam like how Setia EcoPark does that!!

Not sure why SD never do that.. maybe most of the purchaser is malay gua..

elmina east also have 4 reserve school land

commercial land wise elmina east have concentrate on the first round about which i foreseen more shops and offices and bring more jam too.

How far elimina to Nearest MRT??

The nearest station is in Kwasa Damansara ( RRI), about 5-8km. If Dash open its going to be nearer.

And it's going to be free (only to the MRT station tau) according to proposed toll plaza locations.

Sorry to say but in my 15 years in KL, I would say 90% of the time spent in Cheras would be in traffic jams.
