Still plenty for public next week. Only the bottom units in the attached picture was open for the staf. The top ones is rm30k dearer.

Actually are all design and etc but price difference. They playing the marketing game again in current market. I think better ask them to buy it themself.

Its not morning and evening. Its morning OR evening. Morning sun still ok but not in the afternoon. Thats why facing west still plenty. Units facing east and recreational area on the right of the picture will cost us extra rm30k.

Sorry if may ask, usually people tend to buy house in which direction, house facing morning sun or evening sun?

If you can refer back to the picture attached earlier, it will show you that unit facing morning sun almost finished
