QUOTE(attacusatlas @ Dec 3 2013, 10:26 PM) Amyris is about RM465 but you should get the Aqua Universalis Forte as iis on promotion for RM500. Retail price is RM685. thanks for the info.. bro..Oh the detergent is quite a good deal as well. 1L at RM140, a lot more cheaper than my current Aesop at RM 165 for 500ml. with my 100 isetan voucher.. i think i know what to get d |

SOTD - Acqua Di Parma Colonia Intensa Oud
Man, it is a stunning beauty... got it at Parkson Pavilion with my RM100 voucher discount... did alot of comparison with Royal Oud and other fresh oud scent available... MFK Oud is a masterpiece for sure.. RM880, way out budget... Bond no 9 New York Oud i get plenty of rose opening and oud come out later, quite nice actually and smooth, not as synthetic like some reviewers said in Basenotes. however RM1099 for a 100ml retail bottle is crazy... Silver factory really smell like Amouage Epic man... which surprises me... Chinatown's peach blossom opening is way over my feminine tolerance level... And New Haarlem is basically MJ's Legend on steriod... it is way smoother, way stronger, way longer lasting.. not really tat sweet compare to pure malt... the maple syrup make it syrupy sweet.. very nice gourmand scent indeed.. Ok, back to ADP oud, how is it like? Overall it is a citrus oud combo frag... not as velvety smooth as MFK's but it put Royal Oud to shame... It is EDC concentre... and it projects and lasts for 1 whole day on me with just 2 sprays lol The opening is the trademark citrus from ADP, it does resemble colonia intensa opening of fresh burst of citrus... then slowly let the woody oud to come out... it does smell medicinal for a while and very woody.. lil bit of middle east vibe but the citrus undertone keep it away from being Amouage vibe... It is similar to Royal Oud which also from citrus drydown to woody oud.. but ADP is less sweeter and the oud is lightweight but really blend well with the leather to make it is so power, masculine and serious scent... most importantly smell very expensive... do bear in mind this is an edc concentre... but performance put alot edp to shame... and another thing the bottle presentation - second to by Kilian This post has been edited by edwardleong: Dec 8 2013, 09:18 PM Attached thumbnail(s) |

QUOTE(activexxx @ Dec 7 2013, 09:04 PM) All the brands suggested are very pricey. I was aiming for JPG le male. Is that a mild scent as well? Well if u sit in an air-conditioned office the whole day, then u might able to get away with le male, however just that when u back from lunch outside, ur college might hate u lol... heavy tonka vanilla scent... |

QUOTE(AmmoShaf @ Dec 11 2013, 12:24 PM) ![]() Latest addition to my slim collection. Diesel Fuel For Life Spirit. Released in mid 2013, so it is a new perfume. Review from a newbie after 1 day of using: Said to be a better version of the original fuel for life which I had test at the mall several times, and like it, I thought I will just blind buy this after seeing some positive feedback in youtube and fragrantica. The bottle is awesome, so much details + brown/gold juice, definitely a good buy for a collector in term of the design. Used the perfume for the first time, it is spicy, sweet and the cinnamon smells is great. Kinda have 1 million vibe with its sweetness. Cannot comment on the sillage and longevity yet as I used this and straight go to bed. But I think both is great if not excellent. Suitable for evening, night, or date IMO but I will wear this to office and see what people said. Overall love it, and will keep continue hunting for a new perfume. edit : sorry the pic is quite big, don't know how to resize. quite interesting stuff to try |

QUOTE(wazzapp @ Dec 12 2013, 04:37 PM) I seriously don't get it. Support Does it seriously matter who knows more stuff, who posted this or that.. What's the worst that could happen? If it's wrong info.. Then it's wrong.. Let it be. Unless we get rewarded, like free perfume for every wrong info we spotted.. Then i could see the point for arguing.. I'll joint yall Sighhh.. |
