abn modem are not stable when it come to handle LAN IPv6 prefix, mine were not given link-local FE80::/64 prefix for the LAN. WAN were given /64 subnet mask, however we were given Link Local address for the WAN usage as well, most likely there is IPv6 NAT were used as well.
There is no setting to do manual LAN IPv6 prefix and router advertisement as well.

Nope. I called them how did they do termination. They say, bring your decoder and modem to their service center, pay up 500 bux, and then you're terminated laugh.gif

I'm regretting massively d. Huge cable, huge hole, very sloppy work, even kena charged extra by their cheating technician. They even fuken nails the cable on my dress cabinet. Dem idiots.

Mine is a free trial. not even a month yet, gonna terminate no need to pay anything but i was hoping they can send someone to remove the wiring. Big mistake even taking a trial.

ABNXcess User Group in Facebook. Their CEO is in there. I posted my TV Service issue in that group. He later updated us on the situation in that FB group.

A possible cause for slow internet:

Firewall protection or IP Flooding Detection in Motorola SBG091 router settings

Another thing you can try is set your PC Wifi Adapter TCP/IP for IPv6 to use Google IPv6 DNS servers.

I also requested for the technician to extend to another room, at first he keep saying too far, but after asking a few times he called his boss and said ok. he didn't charge me anything but I give him just a bit of duit kopi for his work. I think urs is because he wanted to get some pocket money for "labour" sweat.gif I hope he didn't charge u a lot.

I joined the group edi. ABN Ipv6 is not stable yet. sometimes for no reason no connection.

I've done all of that long time ago. You'd think I would complaint without trying everything.
IP flooding or whatever wont slow down internet everyday at 7pm till 2am so precisely everyday. And it wont slow down to 2mbps every single time your total download reach 2.5 GB every single day.

Ask him to read his own fuken bloody company facebook page, no need to join private facebook group. Private FB groups are usually for butt kissers, who wanted to power to kick people off if they don't agree to kiss buts.

Tell him or email cust.service for wat. Full off crap. I've been calling and email multiple times. Noone even bothered to follow up. Call and then say tech guy will call you back. Call you back my arse, 2 weeks and nothing. Email cust.service never reply or call.

On the side note, ipv6 not working anymore *sigh*
