Hi guys, I really need help in choosing a headphone here. Currently I'm using beats solo hd but decided to get a new pair.

I've tried some demo units such as:
Audio technica m50x (don't really like it, I think the bass is not enough for me)
V moda m80 (comfortable, good sound quality, bass is still slightly lacking. Maybe adding an amp might solve the problem? )
Sennheiser momentum on ear (SQ is almost the same as v moda m80 with punchier bass that I love but due to the comfortability I'm having doubts now. The ear pads makes my ears kinda hot after wearing it for quite awhile )

Therefore, any recommendations besides those that I have tested?

- Your rig : IPhone 5s
- What type of usage: music (mainly), gaming
- File format used in your source: mp3 (320kbps) & flac
- Genre of music you listen to : remix (avicii, Calvin Harris, etc), pop vocal (il divo), r&b, soft rock, soundtracks
- Headphone/ earphone type: over ear or on ear (as long it is comfortable and not too big)

dang.. hmm.. its hard to decide.. becos my housing area is near to highway and i aint have the luxury to be enclosed 24/7 lol.. CAL! is doing fine, but when travelling, it is really bad.. i might leaning towards COP, as i see it is a versatile HP. with the vmoda boom, can use for comm.. i used dt231pro before.. i am happy with it before i moved to CAL!, love the extra details in bass CAL! gave me.. now looking for something better

Getting myself a new headphone mainly for gaming purposes prefer something that immerses me into the game (eg. Battlefield 4 intro gunfire battle) and also into music and listened like they were meant to be listened to.

Mostly going to use this on my new upcoming Alienware 17 so any thing that takes full advantage of the soundcard it comes with but nothing too overkill.

Budget around 1k+ dont mind to top up abit to get that extra boost in immersion

I have done some research and read some review (mostly about audio technica and superlux) on the internet…  There are a few questions i really want to know.
1. Have anyone try Superlux HD531? I can't find review even sellers online…
2. And how about Audio Technica ATH-S300? Is it good compare to ATH-M50? I wish to buy a pair of ATH-M50, but it is out of my budget…so i hope to find a pair of headphones close to its standrad.
3. About Superflux HD681 evo. Does it leak a lot of sound when i listen to music? Because mostly i will listen music in library.
4. Last question. Does Superflux HD661 sounds good? Some of the review said that it sounds bad compare to its brother… Hope to get some opinion from the current or ex users.

Help me guys, which do you prefer the audio technica m50x or the Senheiser Momentum on ear. Since the price range is the same. Or any product that is good for its money. I'm buying it just for listening to music, movie and some video gaming.

My head size is bigger than average, so prefer at least can wear tilting to the back, if cannot fit wearing straight up.
My old Sennheiser PX 100 I have to wear it tilt to the back, but it feels uncomfortable after long time

by the way overear headphone for travel is good? rm 300 is not enough budget?
i have been thinking if pay so much for light weight travel headphone that expensive more than ATHpro5v that i paid for rm 270 that time.... it is feeling like paying a rm4k gaming laptop while my rm 2.7k desktop still can perform better than that.

Others: decent bass (not over or lacking, not a basshead), detailed(?) rather than everything mushed together. little to no sibilance/piercing cymbals, if possible. also sturdy and suitable for long hours.

I was looking at the ATH IM50 and that looks really nice and I think I can easily find one in a retail store in sungai wang. Should I go for that one or do you guys have any other recommendations at around this price range(300~400 RM)? Can you recommend one that I can find in sungai wang, it's very close by to where I live and is easy to ask them.
