Already did, but they dint show at main page. You need to select devices, then choose devices, only can see it listed inside.

I guess maxis is more to Samsung and blackberry side, their plan for HTC one not nice, dont have surfmore 50 and they dint even bother to put it in their home page and dint even announce in Facebook page.

Yea, I am one of the unlucky one..sigh..going to lowyat tomorrow for exchange, hopefully they will let me exchange one 2 one instead of repairing the display. It really bugs me watching video with that light leaking.

Hi all HTC One owner. As you may know, I bought one last night but suffer from dead pixels, so just to share my experience a little, maybe can help in future.

First off, turns out the Plaza Berjaya HTC service center is closed down already, so if want to send direct to SiS, have to go to their Kelana Jaya office straight. Need to take note the center only open weekdays, 9am to 6pm.

I went there during my lunch hour and got my faulty unit exchange 1-to-1 due to dead pixel (classified as DoA). Unfortunately, they don't have any ready stock on hand, so I have to wait three working days for my new unit. 

Luckily, they offer to send the new unit via courier for free to my house, so no need to go back there again. Overall, was rather pleasant and the lady at the counter was very courteous, so thankfully it was not as bad as I read some forumer comment yesterday in this thread.

Now just waiting for my phone to arrive on Monday (hopefully). Will update later

This is probably due to HTC bad reputation for releasing The One just few month after Butterfly.

i got a some weird problem here.
i've transfer all the music from my pc to my 'one' using usb.
and when i open up the music app, the song does not appear listing.

when i locate it manually, through file explorer, the files are there. what exactly is happening?

Haven't tested it yet. Naked since tuesday.
I heard from those who already use it, its 1mm loose.
And possibly the corner of the phone could become chipped
a bit ( black colour ).

but then again, yet to try myself. Will do so when I'm ready 

hi guys, left side is my htc one, why 2 phones screen different colour(2 phones set highest brightness)?? which one is normal??

Right side is the better screen.  There's 2 main display suppliers for the phone.
