Hi guys/gals,

I'll be going to Bali on December as I won free tickets from AirAsia. I've been looking around the pages of this thread and saw the great itenaries and have decided on a 4d/3n tour.

I just want to know in the month of December, where are the places we can visit? I am not interested in visiting the temples so can leave that out. Can anyone help me on this?

Ehhh temples such as Tanah lot, Tmn Ayun, Uluwatu, Bedugul, Bersakith, & etc are the highlights of Bali...If u dun like those, better think twice going to Bali...Bcos...I hv frens just like you & got poisoned by me and came back cursing me for suggesting such a lousy place as she was expecting fun, entertainment & shoppings in those modern environment rather than visiting hulu-hulu places wth temples & etc..

I will be going over to Bali coming this Oct for a 3nights stay, I am wondering whether any member or you have known anyone also travelling to Bali alone would like to meet up? I am a guy in my 40s. Any interesting places to recommend too?

Hello guys... first time posting here. I'll be going to Bali this coming Nov for my honeymoon... our trip would be 5 days 4 nights. I would appreciate if you guys could advice me on some famous location and restaurants.

Day 1:

Check in Elysian Boutique villa for 2 nights at Seminyak
Since this is an expensive villa so we plan to only go out in the afternoon maybe to Kuta via free shuttle and come back in the evening or else very sayang if go out whole day... tongue.gif
Any place to recommends to visit in Kuta?

Day 2:

Stay at Villa in the morning...
Afternoon may go to Jimbaran there for seafood... (noon time got seafood or not?)
Maybe will stay at Jimbaran for the afternoon...
Night will have dinner at Seminyak (any restaurant can recommend?)

Day 3:

Checkout Elysian and check in Villa Sarna in Ubud... I think I'm taking a risk here because I don't think anyone here stay at Villa Sarna before, most famous one are all fully booked or too expensive. sad.gif
As usual... can recommend places to visit in the afternoon and places to have dinner at night?

Day 4:

Continue to stay at Ubud area... I like taking photos... biggrin.gif

Day 5:

Wake up early for sun rise and have breakfast, relax and checkout and go home. rclxms.gif

Those kecak, tarian pendet performed on temple ground are authentic, free & only during the temple festival...If your luck good, u will see it otherwise, pay $$ to see the fake one performing ..Those so dull & fake esp the part thopse guys cucuk their keris....damn..paying to see those actors!!

Nusa Dua pretty quiet & relaxing. Yes driving around is safe but roads are narrow. If for me I will rent & drive myself..but majoprity here sked and hire a driver as well.
