Yes there are hollow tile which I don't report....my pressing problem is on the water leaking. They don't read the report and open their eye on the marking which I left.....

How about your entry price is RM400k (1st hand from Deveoper) in 2010 for a new green township terrace house just beside the Federal highway?

How about your entry price is RM500k (Secondary market) in 2013 while all the surrounding condo in Shah Alam that time with launching price is near to RM500k for standard unit (1000 sqf) and terrace house launching in Rawang and Semenyih is from RM500k up. Don't forget just within 10-20km distance, you can access to most of the comercial area / multinational company in Shah Alam, Subang and PJ compared to Rawang and Semenyih.

The most interesting part is now. How about your entry price is RM580k at per today secondary market transaction price for Legian terrace house?
- Unperfect township design and management issues (all this problem can be solved in coming 1-2 years??)

- Compared to new condo in Shah Alam with RM500k up, which once have the greater value in next 3-5years?

- What going happpen after the full development of I-city (3km from ken rimba) which include the the i-City mall with a space of 1.7 million sq ft and has also been endorsed as a Tourism Destination by the Ministry of Tourism and declared as an International Park by the Selangor State Government where entertainment and other cosmopolitan lifestyle outlets are permitted to operate on a 24 X 7 basis.

Finally fix mosquito netting for my whole house! At least indoor has lesser mosquito now.. Wonder how long we need to wait to remove that stupid rain water tank..

Is it other development with the rain water tank design will face the same issue?

From what I've come across, normally rain water harvest tanks will have a filter at the gutter to filter out mosquito larvae.

All depends on the material. Very hard to give you a price. I am doing mine for 12k which is made from 3G cabinets and a granite top.

Its around 2.8-3.5k depends on the netting material you choose its very much better now..no more mosquitos in the house.
