I saw the price chart.

RM 1.4+ M is after discount price, Bumi still entitle for additional 7% discount, hence Bumi brother price RM 1.3+ M

As a Bumi, I'm embarrass with this behaviour. As one of Villamas' property owner, I can safely say that the discounts that they're giving are one of the best in Cyberjaya and probably throughout Peninsula.
To be fair to any Malaysian, you are given the 1Malaysia discount. No Bumi or Non-Bumi.

As a Chinese, we already accepted this fact, unlike our parent generation. Only for some area with 15% Bumi discount, I still cannot telan & hence never touch such areas.

Both Bumi brothers? Both bought the link villa?

is it? hope so...coz i didnt visit the sales gallery just called the number they SMS me....lol bumi brother embarrased? okay then u should reject the 7% discount if they offered u then....like it or not when we buy our lot become auto bumi lot/quota already and its very hassle to sell to non bumi later on..those 7% should be sufficient advantage for the massive drawback we as bumi are going to take...

..7% bumi discount is a norm if not mandatory for any new launches thats why i was incredibly shock if they didn't offer any..

however if bro xyyap mentioned if price 1.3 to 1.4mil is after discount then it is out of my family budget already....we only targeting 1mil-1.1mil max...

Been told they've sold 2 villa units already. Not sure which type.

IMHO, the villas have alot of unnecessary spaces la. Not really suitable for typical Malaysian family. For its price, a 22x80 double storey is a better option.

But then again, if you like modern open concept, it is definitely for you. wink.gif

Like I said, it depends. 22x80 is very common for landed house. Even got 20x70 and 18x68.
The Cristal's villa should be bigger but the way they design it, making alot of unnecessary space.
But again, it's my opinion. Do go to their show unit and view it. Very nice design nonetheless. wink.gif
