Been told they've sold 2 villa units already. Not sure which type.

IMHO, the villas have alot of unnecessary spaces la. Not really suitable for typical Malaysian family. For its price, a 22x80 double storey is a better option.

But then again, if you like modern open concept, it is definitely for you.

Like I said, it depends. 22x80 is very common for landed house. Even got 20x70 and 18x68.
The Cristal's villa should be bigger but the way they design it, making alot of unnecessary space.
But again, it's my opinion. Do go to their show unit and view it. Very nice design nonetheless.

Been told they will first build 16 units only (both 3/4-storeys villa).

Exactly what I told them. They suggest to put blinds lol.

The space distributed tightly. Some ppl like it that way.

Do bear in mind, it's a 4-Storey villas with executive facilities.

I'm not in any way promoting cristal's villas. Just giving some insights since I bought a condo there.
AND, am not a fan of the villas.

Atmosfera?

I have Serin and now Cristal under Villamas.

We have "friends" who bought Atmosfera aswell.

Lets just wait and see.
