I m happy coz nice developments surrounding SH hills. 2 more weeks UEM will bring SH n Verdi to propertyguru show @ MBS

For Malaysian who like Cyberjaya, always ask them to buy HER @ Cyberjaya for own stay.

Aside from high number of views in my thread, looks like many still simply ignore Cyberjaya.

Singapore property is already at the record peak, statistic shows that out of major cities, Singapore is the only one, that asking price decrease a bit last quarter. Next, looking at the stock market now, Singapore interest rate is confirmed to be increased by year end.

Do ask UEM to put in more effort...

East Ledang is running low in stock. The nxt one is selling hard on Symphony hills. Lol... Arcoris MK is also vry slow. Like not moving.

Yes it is opened for sales alrdy.

Minimum is 1302 sqft

1 to 8th floor is 1k per floor
8th to 18 floor around 2k
19 to 22nd around 3 if not mistaken.

Villamas also launched its Verde in Ara Damansara around RM550 psf when surrounding is doing RM650 to RM700 psf plus

Villamas in a difficult position... sell same par with other devoloper then ppl comment w villamas pass project quality dare to sell same price ar...
Sell cheaper at least later quality got problem easy to answer mah smile.gif

the developer branding still not strong yet....their past project got issue...they taking big gamble if sell on par with other big reputable developer like uem, mah sing or sp setia...on the other hand benefit consumer also can get cheaper units per sqf.... i heard serin is incredibly cheap per sqf price compare to other launches currently..
