Just called them. Sales gallery will be ready in Cyberjaya around next week.

RM 420 psf they said.

Anyone knows what sales package/special discount they have?

I am very particular at house number and facing when come to picking property, i believe resale can fetch higher price.

Condo --> must be north-south, best is balcony facing south (Good fengshui for me) and no west sun at all cost. Floor as high as possible, unblock view. floor/unit number with a number of 7 and 8 is good for me.
Landed --> must be north-south, no west sun, house number must be single digit, either 7 or 8 tongue.gif balcony facing south and the unit must be sitting on a higher ground compared to neighbour if the houses are build on a slope.

above are my personal preferences.

yup, fully exposed to west sun/morning sun. that's why the tower facing is slightly tilted.

Facing west is not good but some die die must pick west coz "ong" them.

At RM420 psf for a 1300 sq ft unit, is this the lowest price psf for comprable size new condo launch in Cyberjaya in the last 1 to 2 years?

Nowadays to get a reasonable size condo in key loc, one can hardly find lower than 500k. Whether cyberjaya ready for it, it really depends on emigrant or ownstay factors. Those already thinking to move over cyberjaya for ownstay, i guess this look like a gd choice. But i m sure many ll consider mirage n verdi too. But this has cheaper entry price. Without many move in for ownstay in 3 to 4yrs time, u ll see all these bigger size units stuck especially there are already oversupplying students units. This is more for family n ownstay. So if cyber ownstay factor boom then the luck of this sort of dev ll turn...wink.gif.

I owned a condo kena west sun and at first i hate it but now i love it compare with my another condo tat kena morning sun. Because condo/ house facing west some how super windy haha.. SAI BAT FUNG mayb...

I got a landed property facing south sitting north, i thought tis time sure ONG la... mana tao corner lot and my empty land kena west sun 99... so everyday like staying in oven now woo~ cannot open all my sliding doors also because TOO MANY MOZZY will come n greet u... really headache...
