I am very particular at house number and facing when come to picking property, i believe resale can fetch higher price.
Condo --> must be north-south, best is balcony facing south (Good fengshui for me) and no west sun at all cost. Floor as high as possible, unblock view. floor/unit number with a number of 7 and 8 is good for me. Landed --> must be north-south, no west sun, house number must be single digit, either 7 or 8 above are my personal preferences. Nowadays to get a reasonable size condo in key loc, one can hardly find lower than 500k. Whether cyberjaya ready for it, it really depends on emigrant or ownstay factors. Those already thinking to move over cyberjaya for ownstay, i guess this look like a gd choice. But i m sure many ll consider mirage n verdi too. But this has cheaper entry price. Without many move in for ownstay in 3 to 4yrs time, u ll see all these bigger size units stuck especially there are already oversupplying students units. This is more for family n ownstay. So if cyber ownstay factor boom then the luck of this sort of dev ll turn...
