you better be prepare to hold this ...otherwise need lot of luck to sell this at hefty profit. This is not only related to this project but mainly due to the current demand and supply in Cyberjaya which i think would be good for long term . Competition ensure price is going down and then more people would consider moving in. In a long run, it will benefits the entire community
