As what I know Zefer property no longer have many complaint. I think the developer is doing a good job to rectify it already!

as for my comment as someone who work in construction line... but I am in admin(and not working for VW).. it just my2cent
sometimes such issued occurs is always due to delay in TnB and syabas. Developer been trying to push them to install it fast, but somehow they delay. You know la!! Sometimes some people with some working attitude... that may cause the delay.. when it happen to have such complaint over my construction site project, we always blame our boss didnot "rasuah" TNB and Syabas that why delay... HAHA anyway the behind part is just a joke joking!

Finally just to be honest, which construction have no defect? as long as the developer willing to rectify for you to make your house perfect! You have to know, those construction are not build by engineer, those building are constructed by Bangla, Indonesia, Myammar... etc.. who dun know what is UPSR level is all about. When they dun follow the engineer instruction they make mistake lol.. That may cause some little defect... Well.. do your complaint and get the developer to rectify. Unless your developer ignore you..

But when you say all defect.. it is abit horrible la!! haha

of course since it is near to KLIA I guess alot of pilot, air stewardess will be interested over the unit here!
