What is the net price? Nowadays discount in term of percentage is a bit tricky. Some developers is good at giving discount after inflated the price

From the roadside, cristal residence looks very worrisome... Don't know it's villa or townhouse (design look like town house) at the hills slope... Looks like very dangerous... If there's little sinking/landslide, not sure it will damage the house or not...
