I am a Serin owner and I can feel the pinch. Rental dropped 10%-15% compared to last year.

if i'm you, i will not rent out any unit if the rental cannot satisfy you.. so it wont be any drop if everybody control... if one panic, and start to throw price.. then all gone...

bro, its free market, supply and demand decide the rate. Back then may still work when there weren't too many project in Cyberjaya. That's why rental is still high, when more projects VP, market will adjust on it own.....this is the fact that we have to accept.

Plus not everyone has strong holding power like u la bro Cabinda.

whats the point renting out, if its low rental, and later the rental unable to recover the renovation cost also... and becoming old...

Bro, renting it out will cover most of my installment if not all, still better then me absorbing all of it. Furthermore, with the right tricks i can quickly restore my unit with very low cost, which i just did. It is better than before.

just went there this morning...
yeah the villa seem completed... and both condo also look good..
high volume lobby and skydeck look great too...

unfortunately not able to snap some pics as was in rush...

probably due to they are doing penthouse now which is different layout from lower floor.
for me the progress is healthy enough rclxms.gif .. prefer good quality rather than speedy progress...

cristal was launched at around that price, after all discounts.

but then cristal looks much better lo rclxms.gif thumbup.gif
