I have no doubt that 1080p resolution would be fine on it and that the 10" screen is able to output 1080p. Must be super small. It would only be useful if I output to an external screen which I plan to do.

As for 1080p video playback, my old lowly dual core Celeron 1.2GHz with lowly built-in graphic is able to handle 1080p, the i5 should not break a sweat.

Mainly it's the small type one on the 10" which gets people.

Don't need Celeron for 1080P lar, the new Atom Baytrail can even decode 4K with a little stress.

Is any type of the program i found on website can be install into surface like the normal laptop do ? Or actually I can only use the app or program is available on the store ?

Surface Pro/Pro 2 yes.
Surface RT/2 no, only the one in the Store.

Pretty sure it's not necessary anymore, now it's a blacklist, means that Flash is enabled on most sites, and disabled on some.

Surface 2 with office 2013 is such a powerful and crisp machine. Fast bootup....amazing product
