Hi, for D5100 with 18-55 kit lens, I notice that the lens does not retract back in when it is switched off, thus it is kind of protruding (at its last position). How do you guys overcome this? By manually adjust it inward, I note that it is at its innermost position at 35 mm. Am I doing it right? Thanks

Another question, the Serial No on the purchase receipt is wrong (error in one of the digit) but the one on the warranty card is correct (as stated on body). Will I face any problem later on, for example, problem in claiming warranty? Thanks

guys, bumped into something on DXO mark..
http://www.dxomark.com/index.php/Lenses/Co...ron/(camera3)/0 Comparism between a 17-55 nikkor and 17-50 tamron.. the sharpness appeared to be higher in 17-50 tamron... and the VC one shows better sharpness than 17-50 despite people saying non VC is sharper.. Kinda confuse... or in this case DXOmark review gone wrong? This post has been edited by BlizzardCraft: May 12 2013, 03:43 AM |
