as they say... the giro is still a long way from finishing...

i've always been rooting for hyjedal and evans to win... either one win is a win-win situation for me...

furthermore.. no GC men wants to show all their cards that early on... have you seen the parcour for the last week... it is a brutal climbing week and they would want to reserve everything until then...

no point getting the pink jersey now and waste the team's effort in defending it...they just need to mark the pink jersey closely so it doesn't get out of reach by week 3...

no one wants a repeat of 2004 where voeckler gotten the yellow jersey and armstrong has to spend his team for many days chasing him down...

beats me... i have to pay RM3.60 to get the answer if you ask me now...

but if wiggins can't drag big time gaps to his rivals in the next 2 weeks and in particularly the next TT (which i seriously doubt he can since it is an uphill TT as far as i know)... he will be quite stuffed...

i rate previous winner Nibali (looking at his good TT performance and if Evans team falters at shielding him from attacks), Evans, Hyjedal... at least from a favorites point of view...

What the difference between a basic FSA headset and Chris King headset apart obvious bling factor? Function wise is it more or less the same?

no one says chris king is a bling headset...you have gotten that totally wrong...

function wise... a head set is a head set... they can't be doing any other thing other than letting you steer...

chris king has always been reputable for their precision bearings that is protected by their very well made seals made in US... if carefully maintained.. their HS, BB can last for a very long time...they do have a lot of color choices to make them more appealing to consumers...that is the only factor in CK that has offers no real benefits...

only until recent years they have started making low stack HS, press fit bearings and ventured in ceramic bearings...just so they can compete and have more compatible products with modern frames...

looks like i missed the news... hyjedal would be out now with over 20mins behind the leaders...

so, if wiggins can't threaten nibali over the next uphill TT... i guess nibali will win... the only real rival would be evans... and i hope evans don't burn himself out before reaching the tour if that is his major aim...

i think the stages to watch out for over the next 2 weeks will be

stage 20, a massive lumps of climb towards the end of the stage
stage 19, crossing the passo gavia and stellar 9k feet stelvio climb
stage 18, uphill tt
stage 15, passing the telegraph and galibier
stage 14, sestriere

most if not all classified as high mountain stages...and i think the stage 15 would be the queen stage although it does not look long...

One chicken in hand is better then two in the bush although TDF is much prestigious, but still, it is a Grand tour..... I wish Nibali is firmly in Evans' grasp, he he!

I am already discounting Sir ! i know at my own peril, but the possibilities in seeing your rival falters is a joy to watch..ha ...ha....ha....ha!

i don't see how since there is not much chance for a TT to rob nibali of his placing.. but then again, everyone ruled evans out in 2011 when sister schleck attacked 60k from the end of the galibier stage...

expect from the unexpected... evans might looks like he is on the verge of dying... but he always comes back somehow... like the undead zombies... he will just grind and grind and grind even more...and grind some more still...
