It is very density...however..if we look on the positive side of it..the location is good with 2 LRT services nearby plus it is close to midvalley which has everything..shopping, grocery and etc.

U want cheap and low density, wait or ""hope"" for YNH launch. ( just next to southview). This piece gonna launch soon..just guess. Not forgetting Tan & Tan also.

Yes there'll be access directly from federal highway (in front of mosque) into southview & connect to the road where the school is located. There have been land clearing & plenty of ongoing works lately.
