Direct link from federal highway into bangsar south is seen in progress to ease traffic into the area. Soon, Motorist will have alternative road into BS and no longer have to use the road in front vista angkasa .

I seen posting at propwall and Ipro about 650k++ for 800sf then I called and checked with the agent he said it is 800k++ rclxub.gif
Just wonder whats the actual price for the 800sf one?

Paid booking fee for a 990sqf unit at 842psf after discount.
Now having doubts whether this is a good move.
I calculated, rental yield is slightly <4% which is not favorable since interests rate is about BLR-2.4% now.

For Bangsar Southview, last checked only left with Block B, units on 43rd to 46th floor. I think this is the last batch of release.

UOA also reserved the entire Block B, 27th to 32nd floor. They claimed it's for their own corporate stay.

From block B, 37th floor to 42nd floor, some corporate company has booked them. Now the deal is being finalized. If it doesn't go through, those floors will be released back to the market.

What is the latest info on the available units? This project is good but 1 car park only. Thinking to wait for the other project which UOA joint venture with another company.
