Looks like UOA product is same design Camelia is just a replicate of Park Residence. So South View will be same?

Sometime simple and conservative design or people call it boring design might last longer. The disadvantage is high density on this project. Well , when whole bangsar south fully developed in 5yrs time, ppl will repeat the sentence again "i shld bought one earlier. Its expensive to own one now".

Bangsar south actually is in a good strategic location given their neigbour of KLgateway, Midvalley, KLecocity are just a KM away only.
