Yes. APDL obtained. They are now rushing Block A purchaser to sign SPA by this weekend to enjoy the 2% disc. Guess this because of any unfavourable budget announcement too.

S&P signed today. But wat the heck.... The development name applied at "Kediaman Indah Selatan".... Very indah sekali...similar to KR1 & Kr2 issues. KL state gomen is sucks. U will never go far...

Sometime simple and conservative design or people call it boring design might last longer. The disadvantage is high density on this project. Well , when whole bangsar south fully developed in 5yrs time, ppl will repeat the sentence again "i shld bought one earlier. Its expensive to own one now".
Bangsar south actually is in a good strategic location given their neigbour of KLgateway, Midvalley, KLecocity are just a KM away only. |

Saw the construction of flyover bridge from federal highway into bangsar south was in progress..Its in between SW and KL gateway. The flyover bridge is quite high and i wonder if SW block A facing kl gateway view ( certain unit floor) will be blocked?
