Oh, from the 3rd party check site and not Yoobao directly. It could have been some other genuine Yoobao product which is not a powerbank.

No I won't say my Chinese is very good but the Yoobao site said the s/no has been.checked.more than twice.please beware. Someone more proficient than me may verify. xeactorz

Actually, I received another unit from the same seller, the other unit serial number got problem. When I key in, immediately it tells me the number has been checked many times and would not show me / tell me if it is genuine or not.

And then this other serial number of a second unit that checks out fine but inside the battery is fake. So it goes to show, don't support yoobao anymore. They aren't doing anything to help customers.. so they are also samseng style.

one seller told me that the old yoobao models... they have this verification issue coz yoobao were not managing the codes properly... was told newer models would not have this issue.

i trust the seller and just believe what he said.

Well there are a lot of fakes and probably yoobao is not to blame, maybe even the seller got conned.

Still, if u want the level of service like maybe crapple, then a premium is necessary.

supporting originals is a must. but only if they give the same support back.

I have problem with my charger. The charging taking too long. 2% charging almost 30 minutes. Then try use my wife Note 2 USB cable. Charging fast.

It is problem with my USB cable. Because i try use my adapter and my wife cable the charging is fast but when using my own cable, charging so slow.

Any idea where can i buy the new cable and what type should i look for?
