Actually, I received another unit from the same seller, the other unit serial number got problem. When I key in, immediately it tells me the number has been checked many times and would not show me / tell me if it is genuine or not.

And then this other serial number of a second unit that checks out fine but inside the battery is fake. So it goes to show, don't support yoobao anymore. They aren't doing anything to help customers.. so they are also samseng style.

supporting originals is a must. but only if they give the same support back.

read somewhere that we can download from Samsung apps but dunno which one. can anyone lemme know which one is the "official" one? thanks
