The easiest way to check is verify your warranty from this link: http://www.yoobao.com/defend.asp, make sure the message is same as no. 1.

http://www.sz12365.net also can be used to check for other brands' warranty, so it is better to use Yoobao's own verifier.

can untick auto correction under setting

btw can you try set it as default keyboard, then restart phone
and check whether is samsung keyboard is default keyboard or swype + dragon is default keyboard

now I using back swype beta, even restart still default keyboard

Its been happening to me since swype beta dunno which version. I then use tasker to set my input method on every reboot so never notice it again.

Use KM Launcher. Manages keyboards and lets you change on the fly via pulldown. Very handy !!!

Didn't miss it. Just got no idea. You can try wiping cache & dalvik cache for a start.
