You're not going to get any results if you quit. Bodybuilding is a long term process, not some weekend project.

Been workout since April 2015 till now but seem like the progress is slow and not really satisfy on the result. Currently work out 3 time a week. Should I cut my bf?

It takes minimum 1.5 years to see something decent in the mirror, provided your diet and training is perfect and your bodyfat is 13% max that is. You only can gain ~900 grams of muscle each month (spread evenly around your body) of trainning. And this will drop to 450~500g per month after 1 year of training.

Woah , 2551 cals to maintain your weight ? 3508 cals to bulk ? Anyways, if you're planning to bulk with your diet plan (given by you above), it won't get you anywhere based on the total caloric content (i.e APPROX 1500 more or less , amount of food is used based on the average serving size).

And, if you WERE to bulk with that amount of calories (i.e 3508), you'd most probably be gaining a huge ton of fat blink.gif , in my opinion. 3508 is seriously an overkill if you ask me , well unless you have insane metabolism then that'd be a whole different story. However, each individual will vary lol.

I believe that's just his BMR, which doesn't include his daily activities.

You sure your BMR is correct or not?

How do you calculate the calories of your meals? 3.5k seems way too high from food you posted

I mean, he did state that's his BMR but whether or not it's correct, I'm not going to say anything.

If you put in enough effort and the weight is decently heavy, I don't think you can train your legs, back and biceps on the same day. At least optimally.

I mean, I'm not really a strong person but after 3 sets of 85kg squats + leg presses, I'm already half dead.

Start doing it in the power rack to learn the form. You'll get there slowly.

The TDEE is to calculate your daily calorie needs based on your body & activities. Eat at surplus then you'll grow and vice versa.
