i flash back to 4.0.4 then update via wifi until 4.1.2, so far no hang no crases no freeze. But i scare 1 / 2 weeks later will hang/freeze again. That how my crash occur. After around 2 weeks after the update then it start crashing like no body business

So when you can't deliver, don't make hateful and wishful statement because that would make your argument invalid

Did you do a factory reset after upgrading from 4.0.4 ICS to 4.1.2 JB..?
It's advisable to do a factory reset after every MAJOR upgrades. Example from ICS > JB
