First full charge can manage 4hrs SOT on heavy browsing with 25% battery left.  Quite good I must say. thumbup.gif
And the temperature never exceed 38ºC while surfing.

you mean S3 or S4?

S3 can achieve more than 4h SOT easily with 100% brightness with 2 days battery history at least!

Show me such screenshots if you have. whistling.gif
My Note2 can have 10hrs SOT for only 22hrs battery life. BUT that was on moderate usage..meaning more on reading, listen music or watching video. Some sms and calls...less on browsing.

Btw..that S3 was having 11hrs battery life for those 4hrs SOT.

I used palm gesture to take screenshot. tongue.gif

Btw..doesn't it hurt your eyes when using 100% brightness..?
Unless I'm outside...even using 50% brightness is too bright already rclxub.gif

agreed.. for me, i use auto outdoor during the day since i'm lazy to adjust manually.. if inside house at night, i put 0% for brightness and still ok. don't know if it's because of crystal screen protector that the seller claim will enhance the display (brighter color or someting i forgot...)

My family has 2 s3 and one of the charger only give avg 500 . Drops from 1000 , the second charger seems fine avg 1000-999.
Dunno cable or charger sweat.gif
*
lets call the second charger that gives 1000-999 = charger A.
your charger = charger B.

charger A gives 999-1000 max.
charger B gives around 500 max.

1. now try to use usb cable from charger A with socket from charger B. check the current.
-if max is 999-1000, means your usb cable is no good, and the socket is ok.
-f max is still around 500 go to 2.

2. next try use usb cable from charger B with socket from charger A. check the current.
-if max is 999-1000, means your usb cable is ok, but the socket is no good.
-if max is still around 500, then both your cable and socket is no good.

Bonus: use charger B with other s3 phone. if max is 999-1000 than your phone is broken tongue.gif

wah. if i switch off light in my bedroom, I can't look at my s3 even at 0% brightness.. it's still too bright for me.. I need to slightly rotate the phone and look from the side (not directly facing the phone) to avoid hurting my eyes cool2.gif

Different people have different views.. you cannot judge and request people eyes to be same as yours.. just like some people arrogant while some people are humble whistling.gif

i can understand them.. why bother have a super bright screen if not for use? it will be a waste biggrin.gif

well seriously, for me sometimes i put 100% when it's too bright outside, then too lazy/forgot to change it back.. leave it like that.. maybe some ppl also don't care much about their setting..

I concur. Those people might have a very little pupil or maybe are used to staring at the sun on midday
