Yes, the battery hangs at the back of F1 #42000. Due to the lack of space inside the vehicle itself.
I think current big set are:
8110
9398

8043 Motorized Excavator  icon_rolleyes.gif

Some old sets like:
8421 Motorized Crane
8275 Motorized Bulldozer
tongue.gif

I think Technic can categorized into few types:
- Big / motorized 8421/8275/8110/9398 ?
- Medium 42000/9396 ?
- Smaller sets 42002, 42003, 42004, 42006, 42007, ... ?

However, there are only a small group of Technic fans, if compare to City, Star Wars, Ninjago, Super Heroes, etc.  sad.gif

42000 n 9396 I consider them as large sets, since their piece count are above 1000.

thinking of buying track first before buy train..hahah
*
You should really buy the train sets first before buying add ons as they already come with quite a lot of tracks. If you already have plans for a city layout then it is a different story, you will need quite a lot of additional tracks! brows.gif

QUOTE(hapeace @ Apr 23 2013, 08:20 AM)

do i need to leave feedback in bricklink now or after i receive replacement?

*joker is hiding in there
*robin, two-face, harley quinn and scarecrow are on the way

thanks to littleprawn for the tips on the bigger daiso case. i storm to the place after his pm and bought 4 of those. it's rm15 each

In the event something went wrong and the seller has to send me a replacement part I will only leave feedback after receiving the replacement part and the issue is settled. You don't need to leave feedback at all if you don't want to but generally you do it as a courtesy to the seller, that feedback will also help other potential buyers to rate the seller.

Wow! You are turning your office into a nice Lego showcase!! You either have a big workstation or room! drool.gif

Switching track 7895 only 2? Is there any sets with more switching tracks?
*
Only 7939 Cargo Train comes with switching tracks. Only 2 pcs. Unless you have a very big train loop two switches are good enough. I have 6 switches and currently it is an overkill! hahaha! rclxub.gif

QUOTE(scpt @ Apr 23 2013, 02:21 PM)
most technic fans love the huge sets, so bring those in!
for 2013 sets probably are the excavator n f1 car, plus the upcoming mobile crane n service tow truck brows.gif

8043 motorized excavator is on my wishlist provided can get it at an affordable price. Maybe try to bring this in? biggrin.gif
*
Prices are climbing steadily and are not likely to retreat so if you really want it you better buy it now before it is out of reach... nod.gif

And yeah, BIG Technics sets are amazing! drool.gif

Next few hours I will slowly release photos of our haul... Slowly inject poison into everyone! brows.gif

Start with the mix sets... Super Heroes, Hobbit, Creator and Technic... Nothing really special, more to come... nod.gif
