i never check out E-suite, all i know its this in smaller scale. only 12 shops here and 280 units, and the land area is small too. my only concern is the hospital noise, near flyover and limited car parks. for the shops 6 left 6 right mid = lobby and enterance. but there are alot of shops behind it, which is called selayang point where its show unit located now. FYI the shops behind it is not fully tenanted. E-suite maybe u need to go check it out urself.

i think for additional car park is around 30k . im not sure . they set this project as premium medium soho . as u can see their design , but i think the most important thing is still who leading the project . the former director of sp setia director . as u know tan sri is leaving the sp setia soon .

and market is speculating who he gonna join .

cause normally any sp setia project or lead by an sp team is likely to raise market price . now res280 selayang consider cheap if is really develop by an sp setia former board member . : )

30k per car park? when i asked the staff there they said dunno. besides, this is a JV project of Salco and Mepro. no idea about the quality, but without sufficient car park, it will end up really bad with all the cars parking around roads, u will get what i mean when u reach selayang point(show unit). and without DIBS and completion date 2016..... by the way, the mgt fee is cheap if im not mistaken. but i do like their concept of shop managed by them, however they did put up price tag for those shops smile.gif so i do not know how confirm the staff is regarding it.

i did not ask further more like the pool size etc becoz aftr hearing 1 parking only and dunno can buy additional or not which is out of my target list.

i was told by one of the senior manager when i was there . they are saying becos of limited car park .they selling around 30k more or less ,for additonal car park , but price still pending. As they are still in the stage of selling to their internal party only . not public yet . but i did went there last week and they say they will accept walk in from public also . hence they only take booking for now , not s & p smile.gif

oh they have infinity swimming pool , jacuzzi and sauna , if im not mistaken . library , gym , bbq area . event hall and recreation park . for the resident

Visit the show room.. Nice.. But hard to follow the design , especially the TV console wall.. Need money spend to construct n hide the wire , other than that nice place..

according to their letter i received by mail (becoz my wife's father is a shareholder), it stated low density... however, with 3 lift and 280 units in total... and around 10 units per floor, ireally dun consider it as low density.

a good buy if u like this location, but for me, car park is everything for me. 1 car park = gg for me, i need min 2 smile.gif and i guess nowadays 1 family min 2 cars rite?
so overall, small land, less car park, but location not bad. quality no idea smile.gif own stay yes, investment not for me becoz only 2 rooms and limited parking space

Went to see the show unit. The major drawback would be facing SELAYANG HOSPITAL. Feng shui speaking, the chi 'ying' will gather at hospital because those who admit to hospital are those very bad luck wan.
