Basically facing hospital side 80% sold out. But Left alot units that facing selayang point. I was kinda regrets that I didn't choose unit facing selayang point becuase after I do research actually both condo are not really close to it and it was about 20k cheaper.

Yes, agree with you.
Now rebate 10%? When I book that time is only rebate 5%?! Designer suites is just opposite and they are many development coming soon in selayang area.

The time I booked a unit was in early June but it is only 5% rebate.

How come you can get 10%? What are the term & condition?

I book also 5%. You have to refer to "Tengstar" above msg. She mentioned about the 10%.

The price is higher...for 0% entry cost...RM470k++ for 11 floor unit...7th, 8th & 9th floor habis jual...actually facing hospital nicer or facing inside nicer?

I prefer facing hospital.. Where is the masjid located? Near petronas?

This is suicidal. Car park are also real estates and can fetch rental too. At RM40k, to get a 5% ROI, would need to rent it at RM170/month.
Or if you calculate the psf rate, its RM330psf. (A condo's carpark size is roughly 120 sqft).
That's just for a empty bare piece of property with cement finishing.

For comparison, I bought a condo in Puchong, in 2011, at around RM400k, additional car park only RM15k.
Car park for new project nowadays go for RM18k-RM30k, depending on location. RM30k would be those at very good locations, certainly not Selayang.

New condo projects in Cheras, additional car park is around RM20k-RM25k.
