Baseless remarks?? Baseless because you are not happy with ANYONE who criticizes your investment. Anyway what I confirmed was only the l*w and ch*ap quality, not the location and etc. I could confirm because I'm related/ involved, anyway I can't say much.

I still don't understand low and cheap quality here mean, is it refer to material or unskilled worker are used?

1 of my friend sells chicken rice for rm5 per serving, then one day 1 uncle come with rm4 only want to order, my friend said cannot rm5 is standard price, then the uncle not happy keep bising here bising there, kept saying my friend very greedy do business like this and he didn't want to leave, at last my friend no choice but to offer him at rm4, after that he bising again said he no money take bus, so at last my friend had to offer him rm3, anyway nobody do rugi business one, so my friend had to cut down on the portion lo.
