Hi all i am one of the buyer, i notice that there are multiple packages from developer/agents. my package is with 5k booking fee and 10% discount with no interest bearing scheme. i wonder what other packages is offered? my package certainly not the best bargain.

also any info on the mall? heard all sorts of information but nothing solid.

go ask developer directly and tell them you are the buyer, black and white demand them to list down who is the anchor tenant of the mall.
asking former wont give you exact answer.

i think even the developer also not sure whom as they always appeal dodgy when i demanded an absolute answer. Easy, if yes then say yes else say no. Not say maybe this and maybe that ...

Exactly.. Even developer cannot answer on the tenants. And the construction seems slow.. Quite likely will delay.

They will ask agents to anyhow sell, anyhow say.....in the end you believed and demand an answer after you bought, they will keep quiet since it was told by the agents! We heard so many versions like Max Value, Cinema etc but it's all hot air.

From their previous project they did this so not surprised that they are doing this again. Again come Impian take a look, i show you each and every single unit that held since they launch till now and you count whether it is 50%? Maybe its 40%?

yeah, quite many units owned by husband and wife and their proxies.....during VP lagi more but over the course of two years a few developer owned ones were sold or rented out. However, many units remain even till now.
