i saw they setup at NSK Kuchai Lama wo last week.. still trying hard to sell the units, then the flyer they mask the 10k booking fee and put big big No downpayment. Really that desperate to sell off the units ? i tot they say sticker game all sold ?

Joey Yap might be right with the surroundings of Cheras Selatan ... i always see he predict fengshui is based on the huge perimeter of land, not particular projects usually. But since he is being invited by CTA, of coz need bodek CTA abit ma .. haha

too sad , i always cant find parking in kelana jaya LRT station , parking rate keep increasing and traffic getting worse to KL/PJ area.

for me , daily work to office still prefer walk to MRT station and direct reaching office smile.gif

MRT Project most come with walk way or bridge direct to your condo. like eko cheras ,you city , tropicana garden , velocity and so on smile.gif

Especially the Bkt Duking MRT is not Park and Ride station meaning it doesnt have huge parking lots for cars to be parked. It like a Drop and Ride station, sometimes if we want to take into account of MRT nearby and to utilize the MRT need to check the type of station for that LRT/MRT or etc.

Bkt Dukung unfortunately no malls connecting to the station and its a pick and ride ... but if there is a mall, need to check the parking rates also .. some if hourly based and in long run might be more expensive than driving to work.

Else is go to BTHO station or Tmn Kuepacs station which has park and ride facility.

Cannot ride motorbike to mrt station?

I ride bike from Shah Alam to Subang only 12 minutes one way. But if driving paying parking and tol RM9 per day + Jam 45 minutes one way.

Of coz you can ride bike. Like you mentioned if riding bike to work takes you a breeze then why bother parking your bike at the station and take MRT ? Moreover your bike will be prone to theft and vandalism parking at such public places. If riding bike is more convenient, might as well just continue doing so right.

One of the reasons of MRT is to solve the congested traffic which is contributed by mostly cars, hence i think the idea of commute to work with MRT will appeal more to car drivers instead.

After tun Hussein onn mrt was completed, the mahkota jiu lai, tun Hussein onn, damai perdana will expected severe jam as all people drive in to park

i think if riding bike is fast enough, you can always continue the reading, lowyat, games once reach office parking lot.
I think there must be a huge leadtime comparing biking and taking MRT. Take MRT might need you to walk a distance to your office too.

With the property scene slowing down, they really got hit and they have no choice but to sell off some units that they kept! Also, the Impian Tropika units that they stickered last time, they are struggling to sell those off so it's a double whammy. Add the Hap Seng and CHS upcoming launches, they know they are in for a fierce fight of which the odds are pretty stacked against them.

Karma is really a bitch and it bites them hard. tongue.gif
