this one is soho...i believe.

symphony again...already got symphony residence at semenyih


with the amerin one, skysilk, silk residence and this symphony tower, now both side of silk highway will surround by highrise..can we see the sunlight anymore.haha

Bear in mind once GST started.

JV between land owner and developer is the most severely hit and this trend will be an end after GST.

land owner no longer siok siok wait there complete and get their contra units. NO MORE.

Thats why you see why CHS kelam kabut launching all.

but upon completion could be a nightmare when demand and yield is low, and if the location is so so hmm.gif

300,000 probably is for SOHO with 500sf which means RM600psf notworthy.gif
