1) if i reset my phone and choose new/fresh, all my paid apps + games will be gone too? if i want to reinstall, they wont charge rite?
2) in storage check , why some temp file cant be delete ... from 756mb after clean 750mb - firmware 1308

1) Just login to your Microsoft a/c you used to purchase those apps.

2) Not sure about that. I never clean the temp file.

1. wont charge ...but u will lose all your game saved data
2. i can clean until remained 14mb (probably it's active apps temporary data ..u can straight restart phone + disable all background task ..then clean it up)

Where I can find to clean up my temp file?

Are there any member from KK here, who know where can I buy the cheapest NL920? Currently it still sells at rm1,999 here when it supposed to be rm1,699 by now, right? Any help will be appreciated, thanks.
