Bought a red L920 for my wife over a month ago.

Now the touch screen started to freeze without apparent reason, the buttons are all still working, soft reset sometimes solves the problem but sometimes the problem still exist after soft reset.

It also seems to happen when I plug in the charger (using the charger that came with the L920 box), but then it also happens when it's not charging.

Anyone faced such a problem before with their L920?

It's due to faulty motherboard issue. Send it back to Nokia Care, tell them it's LCD Freeze due to Motherboard and they'll replace the mobo for you.

That's because the Paypal option is not available for M'sia region. Also each region will have it's own payment info & are seperate so even you set a Paypal or credit card already for US region, when you switch back to M'sia region it'll tell you there's no payment method available in M'sia store. Just add your credit card info again.

For eg, for M'sia region, I use credit card A, for SG region, I use Paypal, for USA region, I use credit card B. Though I used that as an eg, you can actually use credit card A for all 3 regions, but you have to register them 1st time you try to buy apps in each region. I just used different cards so that I can see the difference.

Which is cheaper? Buy using USD or RM? I converted $1.99 to RM is RM5.91 but the store price is RM6.45..

It's cheaper to buy in RM. You don't simply convert with today's exchange rate & compare like that. Banks charge more. Worse, there's sales tax in US store so your $1.99 will most likely end up $2.13. Though with the current low exchange rate of below RM3 to USD1, it can be cheaper to buy in US store if it stays tat way or go lower.

Huh.. I did convert RM6.45 to USD and it is somewhere near $2.13.. But even so, the difference will only be in cents right? Are there any extra charge if I pay using PayPal?

Yeap, the difference will be like 10+ cents only, but really depends on exchange rate. Currently it's below RM3 so its good to buy from US store straight away now. No I didn't see any extra charge while using Paypal. The only extra charge is coming from the bank exchange rate which is usually a bit higher than current exchange rate.

I think this depends on bank. But I noticed for my bank they add around 0.2 to the current exchange rate.
