QUOTE(rogrog @ May 8 2013, 09:33 AM) Official app is always good but I use SuperTube/Tube Pro for Youtubing cuz it has the feature to download videos.. If they put that feature in this app, it'd be perfect.. I'm still gonna get this app though..

QUOTE(Mr.Docter @ May 8 2013, 03:43 PM) Hi, Anyone know if we can download apps from computer and transfer it to the L920? Because I initiate the download from computer but it start to download using my phone Actually that Reinstall feature is a nice thing. Just click on it & the app installs on your phone, very useful after you've reset your phone & didn't choose to restore apps & settings. For download apps it's possible but there's no way to transfer it to L920 to install. To download an app, from the app page on Windowsphone.com, scroll down a bit & look for the 'Download and Install Manually' link on the left. This can be used only on WP8 phones with SD card where you can transfer the downloaded app to SD card & install from there.

Getting Started

|
Have any of you guys tried the iDefence invisible shield thingy? Would like some feedback. Most importantly, is it safe to say with that applied on your phone, a phone casing/cover wouldn't be necessary? If yes, I'd be darn happy as I'd be able to finally strip my phone naked displaying its fine ass body. On top of that, it'd be much lighter without a physical phone cover.

QUOTE(kuroneko0509 @ May 8 2013, 05:13 PM) better than metrotube?? wahh so tempted to switch Well, it actually looks nicer than Metrotube & loads my subscription lists faster so yeah, switching over for now. QUOTE(adam ultimo @ May 8 2013, 05:27 PM) it's located in the download folder under your home menu. there's seem to be a limit to download a high quality video though.. hmm.. It's called the Options menu, the 3 dots. Hehe. If you signed in, you can also find the downloads in My Downloads under the account page. I haven't tried download high quality video since I don't have WIFI to test but what exactly is the limit you facing?

Oh yeah, i just realized the option menu at the bottom.. much convenience checking it from there.. i only been using it for around an hour.. only seen the home menu. haha. Mm.. when i tried to download a high quality video that's running below 3 minutes, can.. but when i tried to download a video that's longer than 10 minutes, it says 'file to big to transfer/share or something'.. so i just downloaded the medium quality.

Ahh just found out that as well. It can't be saved under Music+Video Nokia Apps? Add : I don't tried it yet, but I presume that we can access the downloaded video in offline mode? I dont think it can.. seem like the directory is fixed.. but havent tried to move the files between the folder using a pc. yes, definitely can view in offline mode.

Bought a red L920 for my wife over a month ago.
Now the touch screen started to freeze without apparent reason, the buttons are all still working, soft reset sometimes solves the problem but sometimes the problem still exist after soft reset.
It also seems to happen when I plug in the charger (using the charger that came with the L920 box), but then it also happens when it's not charging.
Anyone faced such a problem before with their L920?

Anyone faced such a problem before with their L920? this is my 3rd week using my lumia 920, so far i havent face problem like that but last night my camera was frozen cuz i tried to take a picture while on an active call, thankfully a restart fixed it. haha. regarding your matter, you best send it to Nokia Care.. or perhaps you should try to do an update if the phone is still on the previous firmware.. or maybe there's an app that causing it..
