i have the issue as you before the phone totally brick. soft reset may work, but got intermittent issue with touch screen. I believe your unit may have motherboard issue. better send it to Nokia Care.

Disappointed with Nokia quality as I am coming from HTC Mozart 7 which until today, still works fine  cry.gif

Agreed with u on htc as my prev phone was HD7. Only thing is Lumia uses micro SIm while hd7 uses normal Sim so can't just switch back without calling provider to renewable the sim card. Anyway let me monitor this further n see if the screen freezes again.

I also get frequent phone reset by itself. It does appear my phone is having some hardware related issue.

Bought a red L920 for my wife over a month ago.

Now the touch screen started to freeze without apparent reason, the buttons are all still working, soft reset sometimes solves the problem but sometimes the problem still exist after soft reset.

It also seems to happen when I plug in the charger (using the charger that came with the L920 box), but then it also happens when it's not charging.

Anyone faced such a problem before with their L920?

It's due to faulty motherboard issue. Send it back to Nokia Care, tell them it's LCD Freeze due to Motherboard and they'll replace the mobo for you.
